Default Syn's 67 Camaro Project

Hey everyone,
Picked up a '67 project about a year ago and finally getting around to working on it. It was purchased completely torn apart. As far as I can tell, most of the parts are there with a lot of the little things missing as the person I bought it from had it torn apart for about 10 years or so. The body is in pretty good shape with very minor surface rust and no rot.
Figured I would document the project on here for others to follow along as well as for me to see what I have done to it as time goes on.
Pretty much the only thing I have done is attach the rear axle and the subframe to make it moveable rather than having to be on jack-stands.
It sat on a trailer in my backyard for the year I've had it and moved it into my garage today where I will be able to work on it more easily and out of the weather.

My goal for this car is to restore it pretty much to how it was with maybe a few performance and safety upgrades along the way and to make it an enjoyable cruiser.
I already have a rebuilt 350 for it and the original 4-speed that was in it.

I'm sure I'll be asking lots of questions on what goes where and what things are along the way as this will definitely be the most intensive car project I've done so far.

(I'll attach some pictures when I get back home)

Syn

Thank you Syn, and good luck with your project.
Make a log book in keeping the build and mods added for future reference.
Welcome to the Club.

Waiting on some Tie Rod End Boots to finish up the steering.
Decided to start scraping away some of the grime/rust/dirt from inside the car while waiting on parts.
Front Shocks should be here Tuesday and Rear Shocks should be here tomorrow with the Boots.

Some Interior Pictures after scraping for a little bit.

Looks pretty solid! What happened to the shifter hole for the 4 speed? Looks like an A/T with a console was in it last. What color are you going to paint it?

Not sure what happened there. The car came with a 4-speed manual transmission and it sounded like it didn't have an A/T in it last.

I'm thinking of painting it a darkish gray sort of like what this car is

That's Purdy, almost the color my car is but a shade or so darker.
I like it, if I was to repaint I'd go something like that.
