HELP ME 1967 Camaro

Hi I am looking to do an engine swap on my 1967 Camaro as of right now it has a 350 but I want to put this in there.. Can you guys tell me if you think it's a good idea? Or send me a link of the engine you think would be better!

As of right now I am running 295's in the rear!
I have a few question if you guys can please answer them
1 can you guys send me links of a transmission that would run flawlessly with this engine!
2 would I need to do anything else to my car for this engine?
3 what are 0-60 times looking like with this engine and a good transmission?
4. Estimated quarter mile times?
Thank you for viewing! I had an issue so it wouldn't let me upload a pic of my car

I have pretty much the same thing in my 68. not quit the HP, but a little more torque.
I never had it on a track and don't intend to, but I can tell you when you hit the go peddle you better hold on.
I have a 4 speed and 3:55 gears and have no problems driving in town traffic. it will lug down to 35 mph in 4th if I have to.
as far as doing something else to your car, I wouldn't think so. sb out and a sb going in

As said, SBC to SBC ought to be fairly simple.
You will have to rewire/extend the alternator hook-up from drvr side to pass side because of the long water pump used.

This first engine would be able to get your car up and scoot along pretty good.

This engine is a bit more power and torque and is the one I ordered from Summit and it comes with 3 year 50k mileage warranty.. It is running perfectly and I am happy with it

I don't know what you want to do with the car. I use a rule of thumb (stay away from flea bay). It looks like a nice motor but for the price actually less I would prefer the GM ZZ5 crate motor.. I think the motor you have picked is probably best for you and you are going to need upgraded wiring, cooling, Transmission to handle power, rear end to handle the extra torque.. Leaf springs, probably change to a 4 link rear, upgrade gauges to keep track of the information the engine is telling you. Frame support added on to..

I don't know why you would need a 4 link unless you are racing. i have complete stock suspension on my 68 and basically have the same engine. gauges needed, oil, water and volts/amps
I am still using the original wiring . been running the car for 3 years without a problem

Can you tell me what type of transmission you are running?
& what are your 0-60 times
& what type of gauges do you have in?
Thank you so much
