Odin dude, where have you been? My LEAFS SUCK, why do they do this to me.....
How's your car?
Thanks...

Leafs always suck. Looks like I’ll win that race.

As for my car, the old 454 is out. Replaced with a fresh 427. Should have it back from the shop soon. Also added power steering so I can park it easier. I’ll post pictures soon.

Cheers 🍻

My latest project was a new Classic Dash that I got custom made. They shipped it to me with no gauge holes, so that I could mount my gauges where I wanted them to be. I put a SpeedHut 4-1/2" GPS speedo, which works great, plus four, 2-5/8" Autometer gauges. It was a "joy" wiring things up but it turned out pretty decent.
I'm taking a 427BBC or is it a SBC? Sounds like fun either way.
Good hearing from you, get those pictures posted.
See ya

Right now the car works great on the street, with the exception of two things.
The 1050 dominator is a 3 circuit carb and it does not like street driving, so I sent it off to Pro Systems where Patrick said he'll rework things to make it more street friendly. It should be back next week.
The other thing is, the motor only seems to get 2.6 mpg and with a 12 gallon cell, that doesn't take me far....LOL
But it is fun to drive on the road, that's for sure.
Thanks

Car looks amazing. The modern day stripe really makes the orange pop.

It's been a long time since I posted here so here's a few new updates. First Pro Systems did an awesome job reworking the carb. The car runs great. I finally got a headliner installed. The biggest hassle was getting a fuel sending unit to work correctly with my gauge. The unit that was in the Jazz cell was way off, so I contacted a guy I know from Autometer and he helped me find a new sending unit and it finally works.
I got new carpet to install but haven't installed that yet. Taking care of four dogs and fixing up our basement takes priority.
Thanks
