Default Will this rear end fit??

I have a 69 that I'm looking to convert the rear to disc on and I've found a rear end cheap. I was wondering if it would work. I have a mono leaf rear right now and the rear end I'm looking to get is out of an 80 trans am. Its a 10 bolt rear end with roughly 45-1/2" center to center mountin pads and roughly 61 to 61-1/2" total axle width. Will this rear end fit directly and if not what modifications might I have to do to make it fit? It has the lever operated emergency cables. Whatever you guys can tell me will help out alot!! Thanx!

No the rear is not a direct bolt in, the spring perches have to be rewelded in the correct position . The emergency brakes will work , you need the cables from 80-81 camaro or trans am with rear disc brakes.

Thanks guys! That clears up the rear somewhat. As for the front, they are drum as well. What vehicles can I pull disc setup off of and directly bolt them onto the camaro. I'm not really lookin to go aftermarket, this is just gonna be a daily driver anyway. Nothin fancy. I guess what I'm askin is, is there any factory direct replacement that will fit the fron and rear of my car to change over to four wheel disc? If not then how about just the front??

I am sure that they sell kits for that. I know that for second gens, there is a how to guide available. It is not just a matter of changing out the brakes, there is also the matter of your master cylinder being sized correctly for your upgraded braking system. I would personally look for a complete kit and be done with it.
