what are these wires?

Default what are these wires?
what are these two connectors (the black and white ones) for ? I know the orange wire is the glove box light. Thanks for your help.

I'll take a guess,
Black to heater control,
White to heater resistor block

'68 AIM does not have color.

this is an A/C car. I found some thing in assembly manual that I think says to remove these plugs.could these be for non ac cars and are not used with A/C? I find no place to plug them into on heater.
