I just replaced my under dash wire harness and don't know what to do with these wires. One is a Yellow wire with a connector on it, near the center. I think it's for the Radio but would like confirmation.

The second unknown wire is near the glovebox (at the end of the harness). It's orange with an open flat metal hook. Is this for a glovebox light or something?

Yes, on both questions.
ACC/IGN on, yellow wire should have power.
Orange wire will be battery power.
