Does any one know the location measurements for the lower windshield clips?

 

I assume you are talking about the trim clips. Unless you replaced the upper cowl panel metal the holes should still be there. In the other case use your cowl panel as a guide to get the trim in place, spread the clips out evenly and drill the holes. Exact placement of the clips does not matter.

 

how about the lower windshield support brackets?

 

Same thing, there are only 2 so unless you are restoring a 100 pt car spread them evenly and install.
