RE: I changed my mind......
It took a little time for the finance company to get all their stuff together. I should be getting the car this Friday. I will let you know how it looks in person after that.

RE: I changed my mind......
if you can get that car for 16,000 i'd take that car in a heartbeat, i paid 11,000 for mine last december and it came with a stock 350 motor,a tranny that just went out the other day[:@],won't shift past first gear [:@], rollcage that i need to take out[:@](won't past n.h.r.a.tech inspection )took it to the track, they wouldn't let me run,[:@] but the body is in good shape , hood needs to be repainted[:@], but it's still good enough for me to start out with

hi,
I wrote an open letter to all of you re: my desire to buy a '69 Camaro.
well, scored a near dream new job, have some $ but the time is still wrong one day...
I got the bug again! Hit Ebay and it finally seems that my price range is 16-20+ Honestly, looks like you can get some nice stuff for those prices. I've been hitting car shows; the same ones for similar prices are all cleaner than my '05 Legacy Outback!
how bad could it be?
well...some folks say tranny's blow too soon, thus costing thousands. So, I recommend paying extra up front and saving for future hassles.
I've concluded through this journey of speaking with MANY, MANY people: Know EXACTLY what you're getting into, very easy to forge documents and vin numbers, and damn: those Ebay Yenko Clones still look damnhot on Ebay. Remember, Chevy paid the average worker an extra 200 bucks per completed Yenko to do what you very experiencedguys n' gals are all capable of doing.
Know how to fix a car, even if it's mint. It's how old again? exactly.
#'s matching costs way too much. Gimme a chevy/metallic blue 69 er with a 427 and black leather interior. Is this sooo hard?
thanks for all your help! could you kindly e-mail me personally at jseconds77@hotmail.com for additional insight when you have the time?
