Default Help pricing 69' RS

So was browsing on craigslist today and ran across this car.

Heres the link 69 Camaro RS

My question is what is it worth as it sits and whats it worth in great condition? I am not much of a chevy guy but I love these first gen camaros. Thanks guys in advance!

Also can you guys give me some tips if I do go look at it. Like what to look for and what about the vin?

thats tough. considering that it comes with two new quarters... that says alot. I mean unless you can get more pics to see just how bad the quarters are, but if they are bad enough that it comes with two, then Id have to question the frame rails, shock towers, truck floor ect.

just going on those few pictures, if hed never said anything about the quarters Ida said its worth $15k easy.... maybe even close to $20k since its an RS but id guess alot of rust is hiding that you and I cant see.

Through the magic of Photoshop enhancement, I can see that the rear quarter looks rusted on the lower corner right behind the tire. And the front fender looks pushed in like someone gave it a swift kick right at the side marker light. There also appears to be rust on the lower part of the front fender where it meets the door, and the condition of the lower door edge looks questionable as well. That's just the right side. It still warrants a look though, but $15k is a bit too much.

Hmmmm, not quite as revealing as looking at it in Photoshop. Let's try lighter still...that's better!

Still hard to say from the picture. Some of the flaky stuff you see could be surface rust with the paint peeling off. If the car isn't too far away from you, what's a look see gonna hurt?

yea Id still go look. if he's "asking" $15k.... you might be able to beat him down if it needs alot of work. just depends on what youre comfortable with taking on as a project.
