Help with 68 value please

Considering selling my 68, was going to be a restomod, but need help pricing.

THE GOOD:

Very solid body, California car, solid floors, trunk, frame, etc. Paint is nice, a solid "10 footer" that was painted about 5 years ago. I have 1 rust spot the size of a dime on the rear quarter panel. I have leftover paint to match both the Midnight blue, and the silver stripes.

Solid 383 and Muncie 4 speed, original rearend (10 bolt). Car runs and drives. Lots of new parts, fresh clutch.

Would come with a rebuilt LS1 with a mild cam, lots of paperwork on the parts that went into this. Also included is a T56 (needs a rebuild), Camaro PCM and wiring harness, radiator, fans, B&M Ripper shifter.

THE BAD:

The 383 needs time and energy. While it will run, it needs a bigger carb and better heads.

Trans linkage needs to be adjusted, has the old mechanical linkage, so finding gears is tough, but can be done with patience.

Interior is complete (deluxe), but the door panels are not good, and overall needs some work.

I'd to sell it as a package, but I'm a little unsure where to start pricing. I was thinking somewhere in the $17K range. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.

p.s. Car is located southwest of Chicago (for demographic reasons in considering price)
