Hello, I just purchased 69 with a 327, it has been sitting for a few years. I cannot get it to turn over, unless I remove the spark plugs and then it turns just fine. The starter has been checked and is good. Oil has been changed and I put some marvel mystery oil in down the spark plug holes and a little down the intake. Now I am not using a battery just a charger with it set to start mode and it is hooked directly to the starter.
