No real update, Ive been busy working and sleeping. plus the holidays are coming up and between work and family gatherings there wont be much Camaro time Im afraid. anyway, got my Firewall Insulation in yesterday, notice it says "Made in the USA" like 10 times on the label. HELL YEA!! and I had some Heater/AC Delete plates made since all the ones Ive found online were $150.00. I got mine cut out of 3/16's Aluminum Plate for a whopping $20. later when I add VintageAir all I will have to do is drill a couple holes for the Hoses.

yea, I did a ton of research before buying. only complaints I saw were people complaining about them not being American made. Thats a discussion I dont wanna have here but anyway, Im on a tight budget so I went with Champion, it was a third the price of the, uh-hem.... "name-brand" setups. I say that because all the ones people assume are american made arent either. anyway, I hope it works out.

Good job man, small things will gather into a complete car very soon. Nice job on the back panel also.

thanks GA, I know you saw how bad those back panels were. I spent alot of time prepping them, they turned out awesome, 100 times better than I expected.

and yea, all the little stuff has been killing me. everytime I start on something I see two more things I need to do. I also did some grinding and sanding on the firewall right in the middle where the fire had it pitted so bad... it looks as good as that back panel just forgot to take pics. things are lookin better and better. Im excited and nervous as heck all at the same time.

no, they didnt ship it till yesterday. but, Im ready to put it in. thinking Im gonna see if I can get the place I bought the windshield from (5 years ago) to come out and put it in. I mean I already paid the labor when I bought it.
gotta order new rubber for around the top of the doors where the windows roll up. once I get it wired I can roll the windows up and keep it clean till I start puttin the interior in.

well, I gotta get dressed and head off to work. I'll check in later. if I dont see you, have a good night man.
