The LS7 was an LS6 with alum. heads and tri power concept engine for the 70 Vette, but never happened. No assembled engines were sold by Chevy. I couldn't get your link to work.

Chevy sold 3965774 under the heading: Engine Asm. 454 HD, Partial (Less Manifolds, Distr. & Clutch). No mention of LS7. This engine is 12.5 to 1 with iron heads, The LS7 concept engine for the 70 Vette had 11.25 to 1 with a HP rating of 465.
I read that link you posted: "This LS7 engine was supposed to be the successor of the potent LS6, 425-horse Chevy engine that appeared in the 1970 Chevelle LS6 454" That should read 450-horse.
