Default Car leans to drivers side after new Leaf spring?

So my camaro leans to drivers side, so I bought new Drivers side leaf spring and installed and it still leans about 1 inch...? the front springs are brand new. Car was frame off restored in 2009...???? I realize the me 200lbs driver isthe only one in car 99% of time, but can't imagine I'm the problem with new spring... what are my options here? is there a spacer or something I can put on passengers side to even out...?

I would have tried swapping the springs from left to right before buying another one, but that's a done deal now.
Could be to do with how the body was put back together, where something may be a little bit tweaked.
Are you wanting to go up on the left, or down on the right to get the stance you're after?
Taking the one spring into a spring shop to get re-arched would be the best bet.
And make sure you have the tires on the ground (loaded suspension), and give it a few bounces before tightening the front & rear spring bolts.
