Hi guys. I'm restoring my 69' and I need to re-chrome both bumpers. Am I better off just getting new ones to save the cost of re-chroming? Is the new stuff better or worst? Also, if I go for an endura bumper for the front how much extra stuff would I need to buy to attach it or does it just pop right on?

its better to rechrome the originals than buy aftermarket. i have an aftermarket in the front and its only a couple years old and the chrome is already letting go. the endura bumper will fit right where the chrome goes but if i remember right there is some kind of paint addative when its painted to be more flexable just in case it gets bumped.
