Best guide for 69 camaro wiring
 

I'm rebuilding a 69 camaro .
interior is completely removed
I have all parts and wiring for gauges ,lights, heater ,ect.
I have no idea where to start.
what's the best step by step guide out there thats user friendly??

I'm not sure there is a user friendly guide for this. I would suggest downloading a 1969 Assembly Manual here and see if that doesn't help.

Get yourself an assembly manual and any other Factory manuals that apply to your car.
