68 frame rails

when replacing rear frame rails on a 68 camaro with new oem rails has anyone needed to cut any off to make them shorter?

Didnt do my frame rails but almost everything else, do not expect aftermarket parts to fit right up to anything. Lots of cutting, grinding, fitting and all over again.
