Default 67 rs relay electrical problem?

Can anyone help me, with all switches off and battery disconnected when battery reconnected should the headlight relays click?

I have that same problem with my 1967 rs, with ignition and headlight switch off, as soon as i connect battery the relays, and circuit breaker click every 15 seconds and i get a spark off the breaker , so i discoonect Battery quickly. If i start the car the clicking and spark goes away?
Seems like the system is getting charged before i turn anything on.
Could this be a result of replacing hadlights with LED style bulbs?

It is possible that the headlight relays will click when the battery is reconnected, even with all the switches turned off. This may be due to a residual current or a slight activation of the relay. If this persists, check the connections and fuses. Have you noticed any other electrical problems ?

I found that relay 2 had the point stuck together
replaced new telay 2 with an old relay and all is working correctly
just have to adjust limit switches
thanks for the advice 👍
