1969 starting issues(electrical)
I removed some non-original wiring, including what appeared to be a toggle "kill" switch previously installed under the dash(in the ashtray) as well as wiring for after market oil press and H2O gages. Car won't start now...no problems previously. Car has electronic ignition conversion, with red wire to pos. terminal on coil, and other wire to negative. Pos term on coil indicates power with key on and Neg. term shows good ground. Looking for suggestions for next step in troubleshooting. Car had no starting issues prior to removing non-original wires. (I'm assuming it's no coincidence this problem exisist only after removing the extra wires.)

You did mention the conversion in your first post. The power supply goes to the pos coil terminal, and the wire from the distributor goes to the neg coil terminal (I mentioned that earlier). This one, and the question you asked in your other thread are related. The type of electronic ignition you have may require a change in how you supply power to the coil. The car's original points distributor was fed by a resistor wire, giving it 10-ish volts. An HEI ignition (and possibly yours) wants a full 12 volts, which means running a new line. If you do that, the yellow 12 volt starter bypass wire you were hunting for doesn't get used.
