1969 Chevy Camaro SS
I'm posting for my father who isn't too familiar with the computer. He owns a 1969 Chevy Camaro SS and is basically redoing the entire car. He wants to know which manufacturer of parts are closest to OEM. Classic Industries or Original Parts Group?
Thank You!

Which parts? If body panels, neither of the above. Check out AMD (Auto Metal Direct). They have their own tooling and boast thick gauge metal like original (others are thinner and flimsier), and better fitting than the other repro panels.

Either one of those is probably fine to use for other repro parts. Wouldn't be surprised if a number of parts they carry come from the same supplier. I don't know of any place that's "safe" for getting perfectly chromed parts, such as bumpers. Depends on what he's after, does he want the car to look good or look great? Finding a good recommended re-chromer shop will give you a better quality finished piece, but it costs more than buying the cheap repop stuff. You get what you pay for there, generally.
