1968 Camaro Trim Tag is missing, how do I get a new one?

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know if I can use the VIN number to do a reverse look-up to get the trim tag details? If not, is there a way to get an original trim tag?

The VIN didn't start holding any option info until 1972. Your original tag is gone, so there's no (legal) way of getting an "original" one back.
