Default Water leak from Seatbelt holder for Rear Passenger

Water is leaking from the hole the seat belt comes out of on the rear passenger side of 2018 Camaro. Any ideas what is causing and how to fix? Thank you

I'm not familiar with a water leak from the seatbelt holder on the 21+ Camaros, but it's possable its related to the rain sensor or a clogged drainage path under the rear seat. You might want to inspect the area around the seatbelt holder and the drain holes under the back seat for any blockages or water accumulation.

yep thats a pretty common issue on the 2021 and newer Camaros, the seatbelt holders have been known to leak sometimes due to the wiring harness or the connection point, have you tried cleaning that area or replacing the harness?

I had a similar issue on my 2022 Camaro SS and it turned out to be a faulty seatbelt sensor. Check if the water is getting into the electrical connections in that area, if so try cleaning and drying them before replacing the sensor.
