The basics would be headers and catback exhaust. Port and polished heads and intake. Upgraded throttle body, cold air intake.

If you wanted to get serious, all the above along with a turbo/supercharger with upgraded internals.

Or you could sell the V6 and find a 4th gen V8. In my opinion, the 5th gen Camaros, V6 or V8, are too heavy and bulky for what they should be. Just my 2 cents.

new 2 here! i have a v6 rs, stock 304h.p. have added bbk long tube headers, high flow cats, k&n cold air intake and flowmaster 40s! but.... after headers and cats were on check engine light came on. code for that is 2 much air flow threw the cats, now have excessive VALVE pinging at 1500 rpms. am working on the problem as i speak! im thinking of putting original cats back on, as i think the fuel/air fuel ratio is making the problem!car sounds great, pushing probaley 360 h.p! exhaust is alittle raspy at first, but def, turns heads!!

Check your O2 sensors. New car's pretty much require them to run, indefinatly.
