I can't see this being the case. If you have receipts from changing the oil and the oil level was good , how would Gm even consider saying what he claims they did? I don't buy it.
A car with 8k on it no matter what kind of car , truck or what have you it is , they would take care of it unless they connected it to a computer test and found abuse. I've worked a Dealership many years ago and they always took care of their customers.
