Dash doesn't line up with door panel
 

Just FYI. If you notice that the door doesn't line up with the trim line on the door panel, there is an adjustment immediately under a trim panel on the end of the dash. I had that problem and it took three years before a conscientious tech called Chevy. It appears there was a secret bulletin that addressing it,. My problem was on the driver's side. The tech told me he popped the panel, pushed down on the dash, and tightened the bolt.
