i like to ask you guys something i put air in all my tires the to get them to 36 psi like the manuel said. for some reason the back right tire goes down to 31 psi or 29 psi but it looks fine. has anyone eles have this problem. could it be a slow leak or a sensor problem. any info on this would be great.

Check the pressure on all tires with an accurate gage, and If the TPMS pressure deviates from what the gage shows, see your dealer. If that tire keeps going low, it has a leak somewhere. Low profile tires show liitle difference when the prssure is off.

To reset the sensors go to the tire monitor menu on the car and press hold the reset button on the turn signal stalk (it's the button on the end of the stalk). The car will honk twice and there should be a reading on the screen from each tire.

thanks i went to the dealer today and he reset the sensors for me he said it should be ok. i will have to check later tonight. when the car sits for a long time that is when the sensor was telling me to add air to the tire. i hope thr dealer is right.

Did you 'plug it' as in using a temporary plug or did you get the tire mounted off the rim and patch in from the inside (being the proper way).
Because if you 'plugged it', then you are going to make the hole bigger and make it leak again. May cause tire failure.... The proper way to fix it now would to dismount it off the rim, being sure to mark the tire where the valve stem is for remounting, putting it on a tire spreader and removing the plug. Ream the hole a tad bit bigger and them placing a rubber plug through and a patch over the buffed surface. A lot more work now but that is the proper way.

i took it to a Meineke Car Care Center he pluged the hole for me throw it back on the car drive it home and all was good my tires were reading 35 all the way around. the guy at the dealer said 35 psi is the right presser for the tires. after you drive the car and the tires heat up it will jump up to 36 psi alls good i hope

Hmm.... They may have done it right for you. It all depends. But if it starts losing air again, take it back and have them patch it for you. 35 psi is the recommended air pressure and should do just fine.
