Reason camaro dumped
I’ve had 74,80,81 camaro and you had room for passengers. The new ones are useless. I was going to buy one so my grands could ride with me but there was no room for feet period. That change killed it. It’s a more or less a 4 door Vette. If it wasn’t for that you’d have made it. I don’t see why you could have added 6 inches when developing the car as a true 4 seater. You missed the boat in my opinion

Hey the camaro never changed. It was like that in 67 and it is like that in 2023. I am a big guy, in my second gen(s) I had to move the front seat back a little. One of the things I like about the car is it is not a "4 door". It makes getting in and out of it for us bigger guys a lot better. There are very few cars I can get in and out of without a fight. I hate 4 doors. My GTO is not any different. Infact my 2004 GTO body the Chassie the camaro used until 2016. 2016 Up is built on the caddy Alpha Chassie, so the camaro was not really designed with a useless back seat it inherited it. Changing a Chassie is a huge deal for automakers. That is what all your automations is tooled to. Changing the outer shell is a lot easier.

I think you can develop claustrophobia from riding in the back seat of any year of Camaro
My 69 sure did suck back when I was 18 You could not get me in the back seat of my 68 now (not fat or nothing) just won't do it I still gotta ski on these knees |
moved the bi#ch thread to sixth gen section. 4th gens dont got no room in the back seat either but with he seats down its got room for all kinds of stuff. I really like that. almost like having a truck or wagon.
