My 2011 Camaro

My 2011 Camaro
I won a 2011 Camaro in a raffle. My selection was limited as to what I could get and I was wondering what I could get for this car either through a private sale or trade-in. I see a Camaro with all of the options that I want with 5.5k miles. Here's mine vs the one I want...
Mine
____
2011 Camaro LT1 - Red Jewel w/connectivity package - 350 miles
The one I want
_____________
2010 Camaro LT1 - Black w/ RS package, connectivity package and sunroof - 5.5k miles
Do you guys think the dealer would do an even trade? If not, and I sell it privately, what do you guys think I could get for it? The sticker price was $27,015

I doubt it but ask. After owning mine for two weeks I contacted the dealer wondering if I could trade mine (1LT w/ connectivity, auto, royal blue) for one that was the same color, manual and had the RS package hoping the downgrade from auto to manual would offset the price. The car being two weeks and only 300 miles lost 5k off sticker. But, if you're a good haggler work some magic.

The dealer will probably try to "bleep" you in someway and you'll end up owing some money. Instead, why don't you ad what you want on the car that you own outright? There are companies out there that do aftermarket sunroofs. Take your time with the RS add ons and add them on as you go. Trying to haggle with a dealer just sounds like bad ju-ju to me. Just a thought....

Well ultimately, you know your budget and your desires. Personally, I think it's a crazy idea, as you own this car outright, which is more than most of us can say on here. You would be paying the dealer for the licensing, doc fees and interest just so that you can have more physically appealing features on a car that is a year older, that someone else traded in. $6,500 in your desired upgrades over time is nothing compared to what the dealer will probably charge you. Too each their own though.......

the dealers will give you fair auction price. Don't forget, dealers can buy lots of V6 rentals floating through auctions around the country....and many like ourselves are selling much less than MSRP.
