Default Good Louvers Bad Louvers 2010-2013

Well I'm a new Camaro 2013 owner. I have owned many Camaro's and Firebirds 2nd and 3rd Gen models over the years. I wanted to let everyone know of my experience with a recent purchase of some "aluminum" Louvers. These are Willpak Industries product and I have to tell you these are of poor quality and fit. These cost $500 and should be of that qulity but aren't. Due to the use of thin aluminum it causes them to vibrate at speeds at 70+mph. Yeah I know that isn't the normal speed limit, but I think I'm talking to real sports car drivers here so I think we can agree our 2010-2013 Camaros will do 70+ on a regular basis. The fit is also bad. You have to remove the complete louver to clean the rear window. Trying to handle the louvers once you remove them is a deligent process, again because the material is so thin and flimzee that you could bend it easily.

I contacted their Customer Service and though they try to help, they aren't the engineers who designed and used a cheaper thin aluminum, so I can't blame Customer services. They even sent me some additional seal material but it was comical because I couldn't see how that would even help. So if you are like me and want something aluminum louvers don't purchase these. There is another manufactures out there so they may use better quality aluminum material.

Thanks and heads up.
