the dealer just gave me an OTD price of $24,222 is that fair, or should I try to beat him down more?

 

You are not going to do much better. I bought the exact same car but in Synergy Green and paid 24,638 OTD. I think the green paint was a $300 upcharge so you would be getting about $100 better deal than I got and I shopped 5 different dealers.

On a side note you are in DC or VA? I ask because my Sons name is Steven Foster.
