I'm confused. I have read a lot of different things. My car has the following. Is it an SS1 or SS2

Leather Seats- Heated
Center Cluster gauges
Bluetooth, XM, radio steering wheel ect....
Convertible top

Its does have the white SS Logo on front and back, does this mean anything?

It would be nice to know. I had the dealer run the Vin he said it showed SS1, but how does it have all the SS2 Features?

belliott, you have a 2SS. The 2SS and 2LT's are the only trims that come with leather seating. Also they come with the 4 pack of gauges in the center console. Also the white SS would mean that you do not have the RS package. With the RS package the SS emblem would be red. If you could send me your VIN I can check and make sure it is a proper 2SS or if it's been modified to look like one. I hope this helps.

belliot, I checked your VIN over and you've got the options for the leather seating so you should have a 2SS but it was a fleet order and it does not show any specific trim level. I hope this helps you.

Yes, it was rental out of Virginia I believe. So not to ask a dumb question, but can I tell people it is a 2SS if they ask? Or would that be fibbing.... Thanks again for your help.

 

You can absolutely tell people that you have a 2SS. The 1SS does not come with leather seating or the cluster of gauges under the radio. Be proud!
