Camaro newbie question
Hi guys,
Just picked up a 2012 2LS as an upgrade from my 2006 Pontiac G6. I love the car so far. However, I've been feeling a little bit of vibration through the shifter (automatic) when coming to a stop (going less than 10mph).
Is this normal? All of my previous cars have had much smaller engines, so I'm not sure if its just a common thing in bigger engines or if something is wrong.
Thanks!

If there is anything that you may feel might be wrong with the vehicle feel free to take it into your local dealership. Unfortunately I can't tell you why your shifter might be vibrating or even what might be causing it but I'm someone here might have some better information and be able to shed some light on your situation as well as the dealership. Hopefully these suggestions help you and I hope it's nothing serious!

Hopefully someone else here can shed some light on whether its normal or not. It doesn't seem that bad so unless anyone suggests different or it worsens I'll wait until my first service to mention it.

Well hopefully someone responds soon and you can have your answer. I hope you don't have to go into your dealer but they are there to help you when you need it. I'll keep an eye on this thread as well to see if you get an answer.

This is weird because your auto shifter isn't connected to the trans at all its bolted to the floor and a cable actually shifts the trans... do you feel vibrations anywhere else like the gas peddle or does the center console vibrate???

When it happens I don't notice any change in RPMs or speed. I'm sure its not related to the brakes because the they feel smooth and the vibration isn't consistent. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.
