Isn't your insurance company going to take care of it? Although it might be able to be "welded", I'd insist on a replacement.

i have a high deductible... and (of course) i would rather keep my insurance rates as low as possible... have to weigh the replace vs repair options and make a decision from there...

any idea how much a new front-end piece would cost?

thx!

How about an OEM take-off, in red, for $325 delivered? 2010-2011 CHEVROLET CAMARO FRONT BUMPER COVER #44 | eBay
Hard to trust picture lighting, is yours a bright red or deep red?

It's not "new", it's used off a wrecked car. But most likely one you find will be every bit as "new" as the one on your car (was). A search turned up this one, a black, a yellow, and a white one. Keep looking, one in your color will eventually turn up. You'd pay almost that much for a shop just to paint a new bumper cover, not including the cost of the cover itself.

Tough, those dam baby deer should not be driving. Also the same thing for anything named Roxie.

Default $100 deductible compreh is fairly cheap

Covers vandalism and animals. I had a car keyed and learned the hard way. Well worth the cost which is reasonable.
