2010 SS With A Supercharger. Buy?

So I need advice. I'm looking for a new car and I have 2 options, but both are a little sketchy.
First is a 2010 SS that has an Edelbrock TWIN screw kit on it. It's running a 570whp tune now. It has 48k miles, and the rest of the car is great. The thing is, I'm worried about the life of the engine with the blower on it. It's a lot of money, and obviously a dealer wont warranty something like that. I did speak with a gm tech I know and he said the kit was professionally done, and tuned. As far as it goes, its about everything you could ask for. I just dont want to have a 5 year payment and the engine takes a ****. It's a lot of money, you know? So in short, hypathetically, if I put 100k miles on it over 6 or 7 years, would I be looking at problems?

Car 2 is a 45th anniversary with a v6. Problem is, it has 88k miles. I dont know much about the 3.6, but I would be worried about the long term engine life after 100k miles. It hasn't been through service yet, but driving it I noticed it ran a little rough like it needed a tune up. Actually, the blown car was smoother lol. Again, a lot of money for an iffy engine.

So, can you guys give any advice? I love the blown ss, but it will be my only car for some time, and it seems like a risk. Then you have the v6 which may not have long to run well.

If it's to be a daily driver and your only car I'd probably pass on both and look for a low mile completely stock car V-6 or V-8.
