Default 1973 Road Runner VS 2010 Camero

Road Runner specs -
V-8/ 5.2 / 318 / 727 auto trany / 170HP @ 4000 RPM/ 270 torque @ 2000 RPM/ (stock)
(costom added to it) 4 barrl Holly 650/ mild cam/ cherry bomb glasspack and hooker headers
estimated HP - 275


Camaro specs -
v-8 / 6.2 / stock 6 speed auto / 426HP @ 5900 / 420 torque @ 4600 / (stock)
ESTIMATED! HP 426 ----haha NOT!

who would bet on to win in a 8th mile?

new technology has made it better for racing now a days. plus the camaro has traction control

That just not even a fair comparison. You need to compare the roadrunner with cars of its day. The camaro would kill it. I dont know how far in the 1/8 but in th 1/4 it would be just embarrasing. roadrunners are so heavy and it would take a while to get that 318 to it moving.

Actually the Roadrunner weighs in a bit less than the 2010 Camaro at about 3200-3500lbs with the base 318 motor VS the SS M6 Camaro's hefty 3860lbs but even if the roadrunner had the 440 big block it still wouldn't stand a chance.

yha the 318 may be a small but it packs a big punch off the line. but ya i am starting to dought that i would win. i would have to see the camaro perform in person to realy see

You'll get smeared, not outrun. The SS has a lot of horsepower, you've got less than a 1990's lt1 camaro, even that would probably outrun you.

umm i dout that a 90's would beat me. and im talking from a dig not at a roll
