My Driver side window would roll down when i got it but, it started to stop more in more on the way up and down and now it finally stoped moving.
Passenger side works good.New switch and motor.
I replaced the switch and The previous owner replaced The motor

Would the power window control module make it stop working?

yeah it could but it sounds more like a bad motor to me try putting test leads straight to the motor and see if the motors good.

Sounds like a problem with the motor to me as well. There''s a sticky in the 4th Gen section about how to replace it.

Ya, it is. I had to replace both my window motors. It''s very simple but takes some time at first. Oh ya, and do take your time because you don''t want to brake any clips or anything. Good luck.
