Default NEW GUY HERE! lol

Hey folks, my name is Mike and first off I'm a proud owner of a shiny new 2011 camaro as of this past sat. july 31. I have a question though cuz I have never modded a car...I am financing, NOT leasing my vehicle and i have insurance and all that, but is it ok to change the color of my car, as in get it repainted a different color? Will the lending banks or whatever be mad? or what about my insurance? my camaro is now red i want to change it to black. thanks.
