Default 4l60e main seal leak - pull now or wait?

Basically as the title says. The leak is dripping off the bell housing quite significantly. with approx 100kmiles on it, should I pull it now and fix the leak, or just keep the level where it should be and go until it finally gives up.

It shifts fine currently, but is a bit harsh shifting in 2nd and 3rd. Dont want to go through all that work to fix the leak and then have to pull the trans again if its significantly warn.

It's only going to get worse.
Fix now, or fix it later.

If it works correctly then you should fix it before it burns up. After it burns up it could take out expensive hard parts. Right now its a soft overhaul so...........
