He doesn't know. That's the problem. Port injection is the most controllable for sure. But is also the most expensive.
Besides the obvious piping it and keeping oil in it, you need to just look up some information about tuning. There's a ton of amateur stuff on the web. Us guys that make money at it usually won't tell you all our tips and tricks because it doesn't pay, but even some of the well known tuners have put tidbits of info on the web. Hard to find though.
