Default Buying my first Camaro.

New here, just registered and need opinions. I have my eye on a '68 Camaro SS Tribute, and wanted to hear some opinions on it.
Car is complete, no hits or dents, SS tribute, 350 engine, aluminum manifold, about 40k miles after rebuilt, new tires, 90 percent rust free, can use a new clear coat over the paint.
Appraise it; how much do you think it's worth?
Should I go through with it?
Pros Cons?
I appreciate it!

its probley best to go to a classic car appraiser , an to go to different sites check out different prices, i went to one seen 10 of them for sale ,sounds like i desent car ,but there are alot of people that will tell you its all there or the real thing even, alot of cars are faked like anything better known as clones its important to know the rpo codes an whats stock an not . when it may not be ,someone else will chime in but welcome an good luck with it ,just couse a seller says no wreck does not meen it was not,or that there is not alot of bondo in it 90% rust free scares me if it has been restored once , the people who deal with those cars are best to talk too ,we got a few guys that could get close ,but will probley tell you the same,i am sure someone else can help more hear ,good luck with it though, still the most sought after are the 69 cars

Hard to say from a few online pics and prices depend a lot on location.
Out here in the PAC NW I'd venture somewhere in the $15K to $20K range, maybe a little more if the engine bay was spruced up some.
