Default Opinions on Panhard Bar/LCAs

Hey guys, I am looking to start doing some work on my '95 Z28's suspension and I could use some advice and clarification.

I am leaning towards going with Founders Performance parts, but I am not sure if I should get adjustable LCAs and/or panhard bar. I don't plan on lowering my car from its factory height and am looking for about 450hp when I'm said and done, but my aged suspension is definitely in need of some stiffening. Do you guys recommend that I go with non-adjustables, single, or double? Also, what are some of the pros and cons?

Moreover, while I was looking at Spohn Performance, I noticed they offered different kinds of end joints on their LCAs and Panhard Bars. What is the differences from a standard joint to a spherical/poly combo to a Del-Sphere pivot joint?

Any advice would be very much appreciated, thanks in advanced.

i have the spoons lca's, subframe connectors and panhard on the rear of mine and am happy with the results. used the poly ends on both ends of the lca's. the solid ends transfer vibration and such so are not recommended in a dd. i used a combo on the panhard bar ends so the poly would absorb vibrations, used an adjustable panhard bar. if you wish to improve handing i would recommend quality shocks and sway bars, i used strano for both and am glad i did.

Hey Craby, what are you thoughts on LCAs with a Poly/Swivel Joint Combo? These are the LCAs that I am currently looking at...

Thanks again
