Default Oil leaks...

I almost hate to verbalize this, but I think I FINALLY have the last of the oil leaks fixed on the Z.

The oil level sensor was leaking THROUGH the sensor. Not around it, through it.

New sensor off of ebay and things look dry under there now.

Hopefully it stays that way for a while.

Happy New Year everyone!

Does the sensor just unscrew from the oil pan like the drain plug? Mines also leaking through the switch and I want to replace it. I assume the oil has to be drained first as well.

yep unscrew it, an gotta drain the pan at least to the level of the sensor, may as well change oil.
