stock should be fine. not that much to have them cleaned and flow tested at an injector shop. much cheaper than new ones and you know they are flowing the same. new injectors do not usually flow same, they are within factory spec's and vary which can effect performance. at 47 your at the upper end of the acceptable pressure. i am wondering if the fuel pump is acting up and has something to do with it. maybe spiking to due to a failing relief or check valve.

I have not checked the fuel pump i have read the check valve in the pump could be stuck open not letting it build pressure in the fuel rail

i did have issues with fpr as well, went through a couple before i got one that would hold pressure. replaced pretty much everything including fuel pump and it still lost pressure pretty fast, not so bad as yours, i ended up clamping off the return line, small plastice fuel line and it held pressure,,, fpr was not holding. was very carefull, pulled the fuel line cover back to get to fresh plastic that i was hoping would not crack and it didn't, i covered it with a doubled over piece of cardboard and clamped with a pair of wide vice grips, im sure it helped that it was warm out
