Should be three bolts that hold it on. See if they're missing. If so, take one that's left and take it to a auto parts store and have them match the threads, pitch and length. And get some more. Check the threads on the crank before installing. Maybe use loctite too.

no if you look close the hub is moving too. there is a 16mm bolt in the middle of the hub take it out and inspect for thread damage, suggest replacing anyways grade 8 with locktite.

Chances are good that the hole in the hub may have gotten egged out and trashed from it flopping around like that. And hopefully it didn't damage/round out/taper the crank snout.
You want to remove the pulley (3 bolts to the hub) and inspect the hub and crank.

hub and balancer are separate as you can see. check to see if the hub is moving with the balancer. looks like the hub is not moving with the balancer. kinda hard to tell with my computer. there is also a rubber ring that can go bad on the balancer and it can let the outer ring spin and or come lose.

I can see the hub moving along with the pulley.

I watched the vid a second time. Hub and pulley are defiantly moving together when he pushes up or pulls down on it. Almost looks like part of the hub broke off the crank...

And here's a worse case scenario. The hub didn't actually come loose from the crankshaft, but the end of the crank snapped off. Not trying to scare, but it's a possibility.

i downloaded the recording so it would play right on this stupid computer. yep the hub is moving but not with the balancer so they are partly disconnected, looks like the bolts are still there holding it together barely. i would assume the end of the crank is toast. never seen anything like it before.
