Engine knock/noise after Header Install.

So I just had my pacesetter LT Headers and custom y-pipe installed. The exhaust shop wanted to fab their own y-pipe in. Now when I accelerate hard i have a very noticeable knock or jerk. I just had motor mounts done as well so I'm not sure what I am lookin at here. any ideas are grateful.
