Question electrical issues

yup. more electrical problems with the camaro. its a 1997 lt4. so heres the problem. i know the bulbs work. i had them tested. and when the car locks, they flash, but the actuall front turn signals and fog lights don't work from their switches. which is wierd, the rear turn signals work but not the front ones? why wont they work? why wont the fog lights work either? also, the oil pressure goes crazy on the dash when i hit the gas, what needs to be replaced? AND when i turn right or left my gas gauge goes crazy, it never gives me a real reading? is there a way to read it maybe? like when its telling the real reading? left it goes up right it goes all the way down, when i am going straight, who knows... if not, what needs to be replaced here? i appreciate any help, thanks.

well i checked the back of the fog light switch and it all looks fine, i suspect i may need a new switch for the fog light. but i havn't tried to get into the steering collumn for fear of the airbag!!! is it safe to get in there? how do do it to look, unless someone has done this befor due to similare problems. i hate taking my car to dealers, i can't see what they do, so they usually lie! than they hand me a bill for a plastic switch for 800$... so if i can juuuust fix this damn light issue...
