Default exhaust removal

im trying to remove the exhaust on my 97 ss. i took off the exhaust clamps but the factory put them on so tight that the pipe is actually crushed and distorted to the shape of the clamp, that and a combitation of 11 years of rust is making it close to impossible to get off. i've tried heat, wd40, hammers and all my might, it broke free of the rust but will not come off. does anyone have any helpful hints to get this off or do i need to cut it?

Normal exhaust clamps work by crushing the pipes together, so the factory did their job right. Why are you trying to get the exhaust off? What are you trying to accomplish? More than likely you're going to have to chop it off.
