Default Spark plug help

Can the last spark plug on the passenger side be removed from the bottom? I don't want to have to remove the heater hose from the heater core, just to take off the coil pack for the one last plug and wire. I hear it's easy if you remove the oxygen sensor.

depending on your tool set...it can be done from either (top or bottom)...either way pain in the butt.

Like Cheeks said, easier from underneath. Last time i did it i did so from up top and it was slow going...but doable with patience
