Question 2002 b4c ls1 to lq9

I HAVE A 2002 B4C CAMARO WITH LS1. I ALSO HAVE A NEW LQ9 THAT I HAVE MODIFIED WITH THUNDER RACING CAM 224/224-.563"&.563"-LOBE SEP.ANG-114 AND FAST INTAKE AND TB (90mm). I PLAN ON SWAPPING THE LQ9 INTO THIS CAR. THE LQ9 HAS THE STOCK HEADS. WILL I SEE ANY POWER INCREASE BY INSTALLING THE L76/L92, GM PART#12582713 CYLINDER HEADS?

Thats what I'm talking about! I don't think I've seen an LSX build on this forum since I've joined it. A lot of people go with the L92 cylinder heads on LQ9 builds. You should definitely see some good gains with the mods that you've already listed. I read that the pushrods in the L92 are weak though. Pay a visit to LS1Tech.com to see some LQ9 builds. Is this a stroker motor? BTW welcome to the forum and I would love to see some photos of your car and of the engine that you're building.

Thank you very much for the fast reply. The lq9 is stock bore and stroke. Your car is sharp, i love that solid black look. What is under the hood?

Thank you for the compliments. My whole car is stock except for a Flowmaster exhaust, but I'm trying to come up with a LS6 build that will get me around 400 RWHP. My dream engine is what you got, but stroked to 408 or 427 cubic inches.
