Default Rough Idle & Loss of Power

Hi guys, I'm back again with a new issue. Started the my 95 3.4 this morning and after a couple mins it started rough idling I thought nothing of it until I started driving & the first little hill I came to I could've walked up faster than I was driving. It also seemed to run a little hotter than normal so I stopped & checked the fluids & it was fine. HELP PLEASE!!!

Usually the result of misfire. Check engine lamp, on or flashing? Usually caused by an ignition or fuel delivery problem, but could also be due to a mechanical problem that is causing one or more cylinders to have low or no compression.
